It all starts with a conversation.

The first step in working together is a one-hour discovery call. This is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss your interest in coaching, and for me to ask questions and vice versa. Because coaching is a commitment — my minimum engagement is six months — it is critical for us both to determine if we are a coaching “fit.”

There is no set agenda.

It’s OK to come unprepared. Some clients find this uncomfortable in the beginning as they are successful in their field and believe it’s important to come prepared with things to work on. From my perspective, each client is unique and the exploration of who you are — and what kind of leader and human you want to be — is the key to setting you on the path of authenticity, fulfillment, and success.

To get the most out of our work together, you need to be committed to learning and open to new ways of thinking. I won’t lie, the process of being coached is hard work. But in my experience, the payoff is exponential.

Confidential Space

We will discuss situations, ideas and perhaps even touch upon areas you might not even be aware of when we begin. I provide the nonjudgemental, private space to discuss what’s interesting, challenging, and important to you.

Your Agenda

Your work with me is driven by what you want to explore. My role is to help you develop the mindset that will enable you to grow — both professionally and personally — and take on whatever challenge comes your way.

With over 25 years of corporate experience, I am able to put on the hat of trusted advisor to act as a confidential sounding board to help you develop and achieve your short- and long-term vision and goals.
