I’m curious about what makes people tick.
From an early age, I have been fascinated by people. Why do they choose what they do? What would make it possible to choose differently? Why is one person able to be resilient through chaos and another falls apart in the same circumstances?
This curiosity led me to professions that involved discovering what drives people. It all came together in 2004 when I went through a year-long coaching program with Villanova University that highlighted the importance of self-awareness in driving the choices we make through language, moods and emotions, and non-verbal presence.
As I traveled up the career ladder to the C-Suite, this training enabled me to clearly understand the pressures and decisions facing leaders in complex, global businesses.
Today, as a strategic thinker, executive mentor, and experienced thought-partner, I help leaders maximize individual and organizational growth. My focus is on helping the most ambitious executives, creative visionaries, and SMB founders and leaders, build and scale their companies and achieve their personal and professional ambitions.
